Forever Slim Program:
This is a 6wk Program for those who have committed to do their Physical Activity at home. Remember Physical Activity is a pivotal part of this programs success so if you choose the Forever Slim program you MUST dedicate time towards getting active!!
Registration:
Everyone will complete the above questionnaire & a general Health Screening Form in Resolute Studio at Registration. This is also the time you will have your measurements taken & recorded on your progress cards. Measurements will be taken again at the end of the program. You will need to have medical clearance before starting this program if you have any serious Health issues.
You will also have your first weigh in & you will be weighed every week once program starts!
Before anyone starts either of the programs we ask everyone to fill out a questionnaire with questions for example:
* Why you would like to start the program?
* Have you tried other Weight Management Programs & if so what do you feel caused you to gain the weight back?
* Do you exercise?
Questions that will help our Team understand what frame of mind you are in at the beginning of the program to try & help you understand what you need to change!

The first day of the rest of your life! Meet the Team & the rest of the group taking this journey with you.
You will receive your Clean9 pack & Mary will go through how the 9 day program works. Our Nutritionist will go through the food plate for your 600cals & what foods would be recommended in the 9 day kick start.
Pauline will give you some tools for your mind to help you stay on track & achieve your goals you set. Finally Denise will give you a quick demo of the home exercise plan you will be recommended to complete each week.
You will have the full team on hand if you have any questions before you begin.
*You will be given a diary to take home to record food & also how you feel each day of the program. We highly recommend you use this as it is a tool to help you to understand what might trigger you to sabotage your good work & it is also extremely helpful if doing 1-2-1 sessions with Pauline or our Nutritonist

First weigh in since you started - exciting! You are 7 days into the program & have introduced 600cals into the plan. You have 2 days left before you finish the Clean9 so our Nutritionist will lead a group presentation explaining how you work out your calorie intake for the next 5wks & will educate you on

Week 3:
Second weigh in! You have now finished the clean9 & are starting to follow your own program with the support of the team who you can contact through a private group on Facebook from day 1 where you can post any questions you may want answered!
Pauline steps in at this point to present a talk on fears you may have & other topics when you step away from the structure of a plan you are following – you are now a leader following your own plan so you need to be able to create a plan you can live with from now on with our help!

Week 4:
Third weigh in & you should really be feeling the benefits now! This week you can bring a friend to join you for our guest speaker! Maybe a stylist who can educate you on clothes for your changing body shape? A colour analysis – what colours tune to your bodies vibrations & make you feel & look better! This list goes on for guest speaker week.

Fourth weigh in nearly there!! Week 5 Denise steps in to talk about physical activity. Questions you may have on classes that suit each person. Remember you don’t have to be in a gym or attending exercise classes to
be physically active so we will go through options of things you can add to your lifestyle that sometimes doesn’t involve spending any money!

We won’t say last week as this is a life time change – remember? so let’s just say we are nearing the end of this phase! 5th Weigh in.

Forever Fit Program:
With the Forever Fit Program you will receive exactly the same program as above but with the addition of 3 Physical Activity classes per week
for 6wks! That’s 18 classes to get you in to shape!! Classes will be focusing on Weightloss, Fitness & Toning as well as education on proper technique to avoid unwanted injuries.
More importantly classes will be fun & a great way of meeting up with your group & discuss how everyone is getting on & get more support before weigh in!! Classes will be catered for all levels of fitness so you don’t need to worry about keeping up & being able for it.
As I like to say “with any class you have to start somewhere, do what you can & stop if you need to but if you don't ever start you'll never be able for it” Denise : )
